Having initiated her career in the executive search industry in 2013, Ms. O’Regan Murphy focuses her time on Board, CEO and Senior Executive appointments partnering with private and public companies as well as state-owned and state-funded entities to support their strategic agendas. To date, she has worked across a diverse range of sectors including Technology, Consumer, Financial Services through to Business Services and Manufacturing.
Prior to joining Principal Connections, Ms. O’Regan Murphy spent more than a decade with one of the world’s largest executive search firms, initially in Paris, before latterly transitioning to the firms Dublin office as a Senior Associate for EMEA where she led the recruitment of Senior Executive and Leadership talent for an international client portfolio.
Ms. O’Regan Murphy’s technical expertise lies in her ability to identify, assess and evaluate senior leaders. She is also passionate about delivering exceptional service and believes in a trusted partnership approach to ensure an exemplary experience for both clients and candidates.
