To reflect the significant synergies between the Paving & Walling and KPRO Facades and Mortars business units across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, the company has taken the strategic decision to merge the concerned business units. Together with the Company's ambition for continued growth, Principal Connections - executive search has been retained to appoint an experienced Commercial Leader to oversee the sales activities for Paving & Walling and KPRO business units in Ireland.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the country. Fundamental also to this cruial role will be empowering and developing the inherent experience that exists within the business and operating as a key member of a successful senior management team.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be a high calibre Sales or Commercial Director operating within a building materials manufacturing environment.
This is a highly demanding but rewarding post, which requires exceptional strategic vision, outstanding leadership, as well as sound commercial development, financial acumen, and management abilities.
Candidates will also need to possess an entrepreneurial mindset together with excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. There is a requirement to regularly travel within Ireland.
