Principal Connections - executive search has been retained by a leading Private Care Group in its search to appoint for the post of Financial Controller.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and a member of an expanding Senior Finance Team, the Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the operations. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate management account preparation, comprehensive financial reporting, adherence to shareholder reporting requirements, facilitating annual audits, managing compliance activities, and implementing robust internal controls to safeguard the company's financial integrity.
REQUIREMENTS
Suitably qualified and interested candidates will hold a professional accountancy qualification together with proven experience in auditing, financial management, or accounting roles, ideally with exposure to healthcare or another relevant industry. Core competencies to be successful in this key role will include high levels of: leadership, communication, analytical, detail orientation and organisational skills. Proficiency in financial software and database management will also be important.
