Over 20 years, he has worked extensively in Financial Services, FinTech, Professional Services, Industrial and Social Impact.
Early in his career, Mr Middleton held positions at Dolmen Securities and Goodbody Stockbrokers. Later, he joined Bank of Ireland Asset Management, where he gained valuable insight into industry transformation. These experiences shaped his deep understanding of the financial sector’s evolving talent needs.
Before joining Principal Connections, Mr Middleton was an Associate Director at a boutique recruitment firm for five years. Additionally, he served as Divisional Manager at Executive Connections, the firm’s former sister company. In both roles, he led successful searches for senior leadership roles and complex assignments.
