Ann Marie Brennan leads the Finance and Operations function at Principal Connections – executive search.
A Certified Accountant, Ms Brennan has a career spanning nearly 30 years. She holds full responsibility for all finance and operational matters within the firm.
Ms Brennan entered the executive search industry in 1999 and has since played a key role in Principal Connections’ success. Prior to this, she began her career in accountancy practice and later worked in the food production and logistics industries for seven years.
Throughout her career, Ms Brennan has consistently delivered efficient, compliant, and scalable financial operations. Moreover, she brings strategic insight to internal processes and business planning.
She holds academic qualifications in Accounting, Personal and Executive Coaching, Train the Trainer, Payroll, and Employment Law. In addition, Ms Brennan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
